Last week for our play group with church we went to the Lied Children's Museum. There are a lot of different exhibits. The kids got to make dragons for Chinese New Year. Heidi intently watched the demonstration on liquid nitrogen and got to try a few freeze dried miniature marshmallows. The first picture is of the kids in a hurricane tunnel. The wind speed inside got up to 72 mph! There was a stage complete with costumes to dress up in. Heidi is playing a harp with invisible strings. Huge tables filled with soap and water to make large bubbles. We were told that the exhibits change often so it makes it worth checking out again. It was a lot of fun and we would definately recommend going if you have the chance.
